Welcome To Our Big D Climb Team Fundraising Page.

We will be participating in the Big D Climb on Saturday, January 28, 2017.  Please support our team with a donation.  Our efforts will help make a big difference in the fight against blood cancers.

Why are We Participating in the Big D Climb?

As many of you know, this last year I (Erin) was diagnosed with Hodgkin's Lymphoma. It was tough, but I made it through with a positive attitude thanks to my faith and the love and support of my amazing family. 6 months, 12 treatments, 48 hours of chemotherapy, a whole lot of scans, doctor visits, and blood tests later, and I am now cancer free. We want to give back to the LLS comunity and to support others who are going through what I have been through. Maybe one day we will have a better understanding of Hodgkin's Lymphoma and other blood diseases, a quicker way to cure them, and a way to better support people going through the process of becoming cancer free. Please help us raise money and come climb with us to raise awareness of these diseases and give hope towards a cure!

What is the Big D Climb?

The Big D Climb is a stair climb up 70 stories of Bank of America Plaza in Downtown Dallas. Although it will be challenging, it pales in comparison to what blood cancer patients go through.  All proceeds benefit The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.

Who is The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society?

The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS) is the world's largest voluntary health organization dedicated to funding blood cancer research, education and patient services. The mission of LLS is to cure leukemia, lymphoma, Hodgkin's disease and myeloma, and improve the quality of life of patients and their families. Since its founding in 1949, LLS has invested more than $600 million for research specifically targeting blood cancers.

All donations are greatly appreciated and are tax deductible. They'll not only support LLS research but patient services, advocacy, public and professional education, and community services as well.

On behalf of blood cancer patients everywhere I thank you for your support!
