Welcome To My Big D Climb Personal Fundraising Page
THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!!
On Sunday, 1/29/17; I completed my 70-mile goal; even going "the extra miles" as you can see.
If you haven't donated...there is still time. Just click on the red Donate Now button to the right.
With your help - I surpassed my fundraising goal of $1,500 life-saving dollars to LLS and the mission to fight against blood cancers.
What is the Big D Climb?
The Big D Climb is a stair climb up 70 stories of Bank of America Plaza in Downtown Dallas. I have committed to bicycle 70 miles in a week to "represent" the Climb!! Although it will be challenging, it pales in comparison to what blood cancer patients go through. All proceeds benefit The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.
Who is The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society?
The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS) is the world's largest voluntary health organization dedicated to funding blood cancer research, education and patient services. The mission of LLS is to cure leukemia, lymphoma, Hodgkin's disease and myeloma, and improve the quality of life of patients and their families. Since its founding in 1949, LLS has invested more than $600 million for research specifically targeting blood cancers.
All donations are greatly appreciated and are tax deductible. They'll not only support LLS research but patient services, advocacy, public and professional education, and community services as well.
